    All prices on the site include FedEx Ground shipping anywhere in the lower 48.

    Yes, although this requires a custom crate that adds to the overall cost. Send an email with your shipping address and the piece/s you'd like for a personalized quote.

  • How is my order shipped?

    Pieces are shipped domestically in custom reusable cases. Once you unpack your artwork and inspect it, just put the prepaid return airbill in the sleeve and either drop the case at any FedEx location or call to schedule a pickup (800-GO-FEDEX.) Once your piece ships, you’ll receive a tracking number and an ETA.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Production of a piece starts once payment is received, and takes about 2 weeks. Shipping takes 3 business days. Sometimes pieces are printed, framed and ready to ship, which is faster.

  • Do I need to sign for delivery?

    Yes. But If you (or anyone) can’t be available to sign for a piece, it can be held at any FedEx location for 24/7 pickup at your convenience. Just let us know this before it ships.

  • What if my print was damaged in the delivery process?

    Take a picture of the damage and email it to us. We’ll take care of the rest.

Returns

    Yes. Within 30 days of receipt. I want you to love your artwork. As long as it’s in original condition, I’ll cover the cost to send it back and give you a full refund, or exchange for another piece.

    Yes! If you’d like to trade in an old piece for a new one, you’ll have 50% of your original purchase price to use as credit toward a new piece of equal or greater value. Contact me to arrange the trade.

    Yup. This is a new idea, but I believe in it so I’m going to try it. As I said before, I want you to love your artwork. Also, our tastes (and homes) change over time.

The Prints

    What type of paper do you print on?

    I only print on acid-free 100% cotton rag papers in a smooth matte finish.

  • How are the prints mounted and framed?

    How are the prints mounted and framed?

    Prints are mounted to aluminum E-Panel with acid-free adhesive and fitted in a custom white powder coat frame with matching aluminum spacer, and placed under a special mar-resistant OP3 UV-blocking acrylic. The presentation is super clean, super durable, and will look super great on any wall.

  • How long will the prints last?

    Prints made on acid-free paper using high quality archival inks are currently rated to 200 years in ideal display conditions. Aluminum E-Panel is the must durable, archival mounting substrate available and is used by most museums. The OP3MR acrylic blocks 99.5% of harmful UV rays and is chemical and scratch resistant.

    Select images are offered as oversize pieces that start at 40” x 50” and go up from there. Contact me for availability and pricing.

    Although the paper, ink, and UV acrylic is very durable, it’s best to keep any artwork out of direct sun and/or heat. The mar-resistant OP3 acrylic can be cleaned gently with a microfiber cloth and most household glass cleaners.

    I currently show work at Studio Como in Denver, and at the Alpine Modern Cafe in Boulder.

    It is a fixed number of prints at a given size. As each print in the edition sells, the price on the next one goes up. The first print in any edition is the least expensive.

  • Who are the Caretakers?

    The Caretakers are the people that care for each piece until it’s either exchanged or passed on to someone else. Because each piece is made to last longer than most humans, this is a real responsibility.

  • Can I hire Jamie on commission?

    I won’t sell or give your info to anyone. Ever. But I will send you an email every once in a while to keep you updated on new work and events. I’d also like the option to add your name and an image of your artwork to the Caretakers page. I hope that’s ok. If not, just let me know and I’ll fix it.
